Electricity
Only a few old houses dispose 110 volt clamping in the old socket, that's not usefull in every day life. All the other properties dispose of 220 volt.
Old properties often have old electric installations, there you have to decide between using the washing machine and the heating. Both at the same time is often not possible. Ask us about the electricity supplier and how many kilowatt hours are requested for the property.
Sometimes you will have black outs or variations in the season or when there's a big storm in Majorca.
