Appartments and houses with a community swimming pool or a garden often have high community charges (but they mostly are included in the leasing price – ask for it!).
If you decide for a house with an own garden or a swimming pool, rember that you have to do these works alone or to assign a gardener and/or a pool cleaner at your own expense.
