Rent
Our commission in case of a procuration is:
- 1.5 rental month + 18% VAT for living properties
- 2 monthly rents + 18 % for trade offers
The commission has to be payed by the tenant when signing the contract.
Sale
Our sales commission is 5 % of the sales price + 18 % IVA, paid by the seller. It has to be paid to Mami Mallorca Mietbörse S. L. in the moment of signing the document of purchase escritura pública
The seller has to inform Mami Mallorca Mietbörse S. L. in case of private sale or sale via another property agent. Furthermore he has to refer the name of the customer.
