Garbage collection
You can decontaminate the garbage in the green containers, they will be emptied on a regular basis. A container should be close by. But please pay attention to the times, when you can despose the garbage bag – between 19 and 23 o clock- you should stick to it, otherwise you will have to pay a penalty.
You could even separate the garbage on Majorca! There are so called „Punto Verde“ collecting points, where you can find the container for paper (blue), plastic and aluminium (yellow), glass ( green container) and sometimes even for kitchen- and engineoil. (grey or orange box). You can bring the bulky refuse to the resourceyard – sometimes it costs money- or the community can collect it - In this case it often is free.
