Water
Water is only in short supply on Majorca and you should not waste it. Mostly the appartments and houses are associated to the city water network.
Rural areas and also several housing developments are supplied by water tanks, which are tanked by water bowsers. On Majorca you find a very close network of these water bowsers. Some fincas have fountains with own water.
On Majorca the tap water does only sometimes have the quality of drinking water. You can ask your pharmacist for a water test. It costs about 10 euros.
