Long term rental

The commission fee in case of mediation is:

• 1.5 monthly rent plus VAT (IVA) commission for private properties.
• 2 monthly rents plus VAT (IVA) for commercial properties.

Sales

In the case of a purchase, the seller has to pay 5% plus VAT (IVA) of the purchase price to the real estate company Mallorca Mietboerse S.L. at the time of signing the public certificate of purchase (public deed). In the case of a purchase by another broker, or private purchase, the seller is obliged to inform the broker immediately and to report the name of the buyer.
